1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• You received a damaged product.
• You received the wrong item.
• The product arrived leaking or defective.
• The item was incomplete or missing.

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
• Proof of purchase and clear photos or videos must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Opened or used skincare products.
• Products damaged after delivery.
• Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales.
• Products without original packaging.

3. Return Request Process

To request a return or refund, please contact us with:

• Your full name.
• Clear photos or videos of the product.
• A description of the issue.

4. Refunds

Once your return request is approved, refunds may be issued as:

• Bank transfer.
• Store credit.
• Product exchange.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method and bank processing times.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by Avalon Organic.

5. Exchanges

We may offer product exchanges in cases where:

• Wrong products were delivered.
• Products arrived damaged or defective.

Exchange availability depends on product stock levels.

6. Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivity

As skincare products may affect individuals differently, we recommend reviewing ingredient lists and performing a patch test before full use.

Avalon Organic is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or misuse of products.

7. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment confirmation.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
