Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

• Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad: 2-3 business days
• Other Cities: 3-5 business days
• Remote Areas: 5-7 business days

Shipping Charges

• FREE delivery on orders above PKR 3000
• Standard shipping charges apply on orders below PKR 3000

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email, In sha Allah. You can use this to track your parcel at any time.

• Deliveries are not made on public holidays
